Col des Aravis is a mountain pass between La Clusaz and Flumet in the Aravis mountain range in France. This pass is located at a peak elevation of 1,487m and has featured in the Tour de France a number of times. This pass has long sweeping bends which make for an enjoyable drive. The scenery surrounding the pass is spectacular with clear views of the alps. The road is completely sealed and is in good condition with a safe width for passing oncoming vehicles. There is minimal amount of traffic on this pass compared to other passes in France. Overall this is a fun mountain pass and makes for a great drive.
